This website is owned and operated by “International Horizon Scanning Initiative”, an international non-profit association having its registered office at Robert Schumanplein 6, 1140 Brussel, Belgium and registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank of Enterprises under the company number 0735.645.228 (hereinafter “IHSI”).
    2. The present terms of use (hereinafter “Terms of Use”) are applicable to every person that consults and/or uses the website of IHSI. By using the website, the user is assumed to have read and accepted the Terms of Use. 
  2. Purpose of this website

    1. This website seeks to (1) provide users with accurate and up-to-date information regarding an extensive range of (existing and upcoming) medicines and other medical supplies, relevant clarifications, commentaries, user information, the current state of affairs, envisioned release dates, etc.; (2) allow users to contact IHSI (e.g. with questions or to pass on relevant information); and (3) allow users to express their opinion, assessments and comments about the website or IHSI.

    1. This website may only be used in order to fulfill the legitimate, personal and non-commercial purposes set out in Article 2.
    2.
