High Impact Reports (HIRs) are reports on specific therapeutic areas (e.g. oncology). Include detail on products expected to have significant impact in that area. HIR’s are focused intelligence products developed by IHSI which contain in depth analyses of emerging health technologies deemed to be disruptive to the health care system across three domains; clinical, organisational and financial. Each report contains descriptive overview of the technology and includes clinical opinion from medical stakeholders across IHSI member states. The HIRs provide a descriptive overview where clinical opinion indicates that the technology is likely to be disruptive within health care organisational domains.
