The meeting focused on new developments further pushing the frontier of horizon scanning data made available for IHSI member states. The first in world definition and methodology for automated identification of drug class and the related new intelligence function of “emerging drug class” have seen its final steps and will be launched soon once rigorous testing has been completed.
